I don't know if Paytm has something against me or their website and service is the worst anywhere. Look at how their website works.
Maximum cashback stated is Rs.700 and the the perccentage of cashback is 25%. So, even a 5th grader can tell you the cashback you receive should be Rs.575.50 for the two orders.
In addition to that notice the Rs.1 difference in cashback they gave for the same order from the same seller for the same item, ordered together. Judge for yourself!
Also, the order doesn't show on the wallet page. Only the cashback.
NOTE: Paytm finally refunded rest of the amount after an argument on twitter. They again claimed that everything has been done rightly and also the maximum cashback was just Rs.499. They refunded only after producing the above screenshot.
